1985 PROMOTIONS x READIPOP
In 2027, 1985 Promotions and music charity Readipop will collaborate on a new artist development program called Riser, aimed at arming new and emerging artists with the tools and knowledge they will need to break through what is already an ever-competitive music industry.
The project's goals will be to give new artists the opportunity to take control over their music careers, monetise them, and build a sustainable grassroots movement that sets them up for their future in the music industry.
Riser will look to grow the artist's confidence in not only their ability to produce great music, but also build their fanbase through a mixture of live music opportunities, festival performances, workshops, social media training, tour booking, branding exercises, and personal mentorship to ensure every artist that goes through the program has the best chance to succeed in the music industry.
1985 Promotions is proud to partner with Readipop, which already has a proven track record with growing and nurturing young talent. From their regular live music showcases, independent recording studios, and workshop spaces, the partnership will have both the knowledge and the infrastructure to maximise its potential from day one.
